I also don't like subscriptions, but I'm a single developer and need to figure out a way to generate ongoing income if I'm going to dedicate time to this over the long haul. I feel like the one time personal use tier should allow anyone not easily making well over the yearly fee to keep going for their own use. And you can always add commercial back in the future if you go personal use for awhile.
I'd prefer a lifetime price, other than that, option 5 looks like a fit for me
